Stéphanie ANGLADE
Stéphanie ANGLADE

Since my childhood, I have been lulled in a warm family universe where cooking and flavors rubbed shoulders with the art of scents of my perfumer father.
My professional career first led me to the world of communication within prestigious cosmetics brands.
Over time, something obvious emerged, reinforced by the birth of my daughter:
a desire to transmit and share my passion for cooking and taste, particularly with children.
I joined Ferrandi for a CAP retraining program in cooking then pastry and then the experiences followed one after another: from educational workshops in schools to birthday parties or even parent-child duos on Sunday morning at the Jardin d'Acclimatation. After four years of After School workshops at the Jeannine Manuel bilingual school, I wanted to take the plunge and create the Atelier Nomade and allow children and teenagers to discover the 5 senses and the pleasure of cooking together. like at home.
